Welcome to Fit Fashion, your women's gym wear store. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

4.2 Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability.

Payment authorisation issues.

Suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any amount paid.

4.3 Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable UK VAT (where required). Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payment through our secure payment partners. We do not store full payment details on our own servers.

4.4 Pricing errors
In the event of a clear pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. We will contact you to cancel or adjust the order.

5. DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (and may offer international delivery – check our delivery page).

Delivery times and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only.

We use third‑party delivery partners. Once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

You must provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

To cancel, inform us by email at fitfashion87@gmail.com within the 14‑day period.

6.2 Conditions for return
To be eligible for a refund:

The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

We do not accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by you.

Items marked "final sale" or "non‑returnable" on the product page.

6.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6.4 Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fitfashion87@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
When you create an account with Fit Fashion, you are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential.

All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
