REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – FIT FASHION

At Fit Fashion, we want you to love your gym wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Returns Policy explains how to return an item and obtain a refund.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

To cancel, you must inform us of your decision within this period.

However, our policy offers you additional flexibility – please see section 2 below.

2. OUR RETURNS WINDOW – 15 DAYS
In addition to your statutory rights, Fit Fashion offers a 15‑day return window from the date you receive your order.

You have 15 calendar days to decide whether you want to keep the products.

You do not need to provide a reason for your return.

After 15 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds (unless the product is defective – see section 7).

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a refund:

The products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags, labels, and hygiene strips (if applicable) must be intact and attached.

Products must be returned in their original packaging (where possible).

Items must be free from any odours (perfume, smoke, deodorant), pet hair, stains, or signs of wear.

We do not accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by you.

Items marked "final sale" or "non‑returnable" on the product page (if any).

4. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return an item to Fit Fashion:

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at returns@fitfashion.co.uk with:

Your order number

The product(s) you wish to return

Reason for return (optional)

We will reply with return instructions, including the return address.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or similar) and include your order number inside the package.

Send the return package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Standard returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Wrong or defective items: If we sent you the wrong product or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us at defects@fitfashion.co.uk to arrange this.

We do not deduct original shipping costs from your refund because shipping is free on all orders.

6. REFUND PROCESS – 15 DAY TIMEFRAME
Once we receive your return:

We will inspect the returned product(s) within 3–5 business days.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).

Refunds are issued within 15 days of our approval. In most cases, refunds appear in your account sooner.

Please note:

Refunds include the full purchase price of the returned product(s).

Original shipping costs are not deducted (since shipping is free).

We do not charge any restocking fees.

7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at defects@fitfashion.co.uk

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or wrong item.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Defective items are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour:

Return the original item following the process in section 4.

Place a new order for the desired item on our website.

This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 15 days after we approved it:

Check your bank or PayPal account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank – processing times vary.

10. NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

Items marked "final sale" or "non‑returnable" on the product page

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective products.
