SHIPPING POLICY – FIT FASHION

At Fit Fashion, we offer free shipping on all products. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your gym wear orders within the United Kingdom.

1. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
All products on our website qualify for free standard shipping.

There is no minimum order value – free shipping applies to every order, regardless of size or price.

No promotional code is required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

2. DELIVERY AREA
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including:

England

Scotland

Wales

Northern Ireland

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you wish to enquire about shipping outside the UK, please contact us at fitfashion87@gmail.com.

3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped.

During busy periods (e.g., new collection launches, holiday seasons), processing may take up to 3 business days.

4. DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery (free) typically takes:

2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner, weather conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, the estimated delivery time is calculated from that point.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

A tracking number (where available)

A link to track your order on the delivery partner's website

If you do not receive a tracking link within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at fitfashion87@gmail.com.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our delivery partner will typically make one or two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the parcel:

A notice may be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

If the parcel remains unclaimed after a certain period (usually 7–14 days), it may be returned to us.

If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you by email to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you by email.

Redelivery to the correct address may incur a shipping charge.

Please double‑check your address before completing your purchase.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Although rare, parcels can occasionally be lost or damaged during transit.

Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fitfashion87@gmail.com. We will investigate with the delivery partner and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

Damaged parcels: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fitfashion87@gmail.com

9. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER AFTER SHIPMENT
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@fitfashion.co.uk if you notice an error in your shipping details – we will do our best to assist before the order leaves our warehouse.
